After I submitted my application online I received an email requesting a telephone interview. The lady that conducted the telephone interview asked me questions such as whether or not I could lift up to 75 pounds, could use tools, was afraid of heights or if I was afraid of crawl spaces. This interview took about 15 minutes. When she was satisfied with my answers she set up a face to face interview with a supervisor in the Wilmington, NC office, a 2 hour ride from me. This was supposed to be a one time interview and all the rest of the interaction would be done local to my home location. The supervisor who interviewed me was 1/2 hour late but the interview itself only took about 20 minutes. After several questions, eventually I was asked about the 75 lb weight lifting. I got a vibe from him that he didn't think I could handle the ladder.

Applied online, received a call from DISH a few hours later for a phone interview. Then, I did a questionnaire online that you have to pass, but it was very easy. Finally, I got an in-person interview that took 20 minutes, but I was never got an answer back despite being told I would.
