I interviewed on a Monday and had an offer on Tuesday. The group interview was a joke. Two quasi-managers waited for the Director (who has since been fired) who asked some non-technical questions and basically threw her weight around. I knew right away what kind of place it was when I walked across the floor in IT. You could cut the tension with a knife...people were stredded out, the cubes were small and it was hot. I was lucky in that an outside agency got me in there. The HR department gets everything wrong too.
