Terrible experience, they are unbelievably uncommunicative and treat people like cattle. When I was there employees didn't even have access to the door that led outside. I get the feeling they do not trust their employees at all.

They asked me why I wanted to work at a large organization, and it's hard to answer that when they are consistently rated one of the worst places to work in America.
I had two interviews. They asked a few questions about campaigns I had worked on and how I measured the success of those campaigns. Pretty standard questions for a marketing interview.

Entretien
This was the most horrible, waste of time I have had in over 10 years within the digital and tech sector. The recruiter was pathetic, and the digital team is handcuffed by legacy issues. Super painful process, dated process preventing any real progress. Stay far away.
