Entretien
You start with an online application and a personality test. The 2nd part requires another exam in the office. You will have an interview with the HR staff and if they like you another interview with a staff member. The process is time consuming and can be frustrating.

My hiring had been determined prior to even applying for the position. The interview essentially consisted of empty questions or simple "yes or no" questions. Despite the fact that I happened to be qualified, no real attempt at determining how I might fit in this role was made.
