I applied online and about a week later I called them and asked if they received my app and she read over it and scheduled my interview that same day. The first interview consisted of questions about my interest in sports and my customer service experience. They asked about my knowledge of certain sports related accessories and told me he thought I would be a good fit and then sent me to a room to take a survey. The survey was like the ones they usually have you take before the interview. They then scheduled me for my second interview with the store manager who then asked similar but more in-depth questions and told me right away I got the job.

Entretien
Interview process was easy. Super helpful and wanted me to be there. The manager is a super nice guy, and wants to help you. The process to get the email was great and setting it up was just clicking a couple of buttons.

Easy Flow, be honest and upfront. Skipped 2nd interview and was hired on the spot. Part time employee and the store manager asked me very rudimentary questions. Nothing crazy about the interview process

I only met with one of the managers of the store. The interview lasted about 45 min. We discussed my resume as well as general questions related to my work and life experiences.
