Applied online and got a call back the next day. The process was a little unprofessional due to the fact the store manager forgot I had an interview that day and ended up rescheduling me. But it was during holiday season so I was not too mad.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
