Put in the app online, got called a few weeks later to set up the interview with Store Manager. Interview took an hour, felt personal and inviting. After he told me I was a good fit for the company, he informed me the DM hasn’t done a second interview for the job that has been open six months...but tried to assure me I would hear from them, just not immediately.why keep interviewing if the dm isn’t doing second interviews. Thanks for wasting my day Dicks

It was a 4 week process with multiple screenings and panels. Each panel was 90 minutes long with 3 people. The questions were geared towards behavior identifying questions that are meant to see how you solve complex problems through others.

There were three rounds for interviews, had to meet with multiple positions of corporate and establish rapport with each one. Felt as if they promoted in-company employees. Punctual and efficient interviewing process.
