I was asked mostly behavioral questions about my resume and also was asked a few situational questions such as "Explain a time you didn't honor a commitment that you made to someone". The interviewer was very nice and provided a calm atmosphere. One downside is that I never heard back from Dick's Sporting Goods.

It was a process that was long and unnecessary and I had to go through it in order to get the job I wanted. In the end it was worth it entirely to get through this process.
