Ridiculous interview process sent alarm bells ringing but I didn't trust my gut at the time - 6 rounds of interviews before being offered the role. It seemed quite random and instructured, and not what I had expected from a D&I business.

A mix of odd questions, but looking back the weirdest question I was asked was whether I loved my wife and if I thought my marriage would last forever! Like I said, alarm bells should have been ringing....
