the company called me within 48 hours of application. Interview was set up for later in the week. I heard back 2-3 days later and was job offered pending back ground check and hair folicle drug screen. From application to start of employement was almost 1 month.

Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.
