another employee working there referred me, I got a call back within a week to come in for the interview, interviewed once, one-on-one with the recruiter. She was very friendly, I was honest and humble, yet really wanted to work and had a previous job experience. The next day I got a phone call and they asked me when I am able to start. Was easy, but most of the people who work there are refereed by someone who is already an employee.
