Entretien
I spoke with the HR manager over the phone first. It was a short phone interview. She asked basic questions about my background and what i was looking for.
Then I had a phone interview with the Product Sales Manager. He asked the most questions. I would have been working with him directly so it made sense. He asked mostly about product knowledge and experience. I had to give a lot of examples. He asked about luxury brand knowledge, which I didnt have any. He also explained in detail about his expectations.
Then I had an interview in person with the General Manager. This was very general. He asked about product knowledge but was not too concerned if I knew, he agreed I could learn. He asked a lot about my personal preferences with work, my personal style, how I communicate, etc.
Then I had a tour of all of the stores in one of tge terminals with the HRM.

we are all internal staff applied for the job. we are all 30 applicants, they called us one by one in a panel interview. they want to select 1 person out of 30 applicants. i think they had a choice already before they called us coz the management knew all the applicats, it is just a formality to call for an interview.
