First an interview with a recruiter, then a screening interview and then, the main round of interview is 5 x 45min interviews (People and Project Manager, technical domain, system design, etc). They expect you read in depth and know about the Internet Computer before the interviews and they expect you to be enthusiastic about it. This seems to weight more than your actual capabilities to lead development teams and develop software products. They expect you to ask a lot of questions about what they do, and in-depth questions - this is across all interviews. What's unfortunate is that some of the interviews are not very well prepared and are very limited in their knowledge, so you have to stick with their domain with your answers.
