Internet contact with HR, a brief phone interview with HR. Took a one hour written electronics technical test (no notes, phone or calculator permitted). Had a 45 minute face to face interview with management. Was given a tour of some of the facilities. Brief description of their work, and needs as an employer. Some promises as to what I would be doing, if hired. An offer was by HR via telephone a couple of days later.

Entretien
Written test for an hour 60 questions multiple choice about transistors, binary to hexa decimal convertion and visa versa and similar questions. After valuation of test in person interview. Prepare well for written test that is the base for the next round. In person interview less of technical and more of HR.

Followed by one to one with CTO. He usually ask you the questions you got wrong in your written test
