Once my CV was considered, I had an interview with the CTO and Technical Lead to get to know each other. The next step was a technical assessment to be completed during the weekend. It was challenging and required some investigation, but they were also available for help if needed. We then had a subsequent meeting to demo and review the app, where they evaluated my knowledge of the technologies used and considered my coding style. Past this phase, I had a call with HR to discuss the benefits and, lastly, had a call with the CEO to ascertain if I was a good fit for the company's culture.
