Hey guys, I appeared for an interview at Denso, and honestly, they don’t seem to have any clear process or understanding of what they’re looking for. Even after clearing all the rounds — including background verification with everything marked green — they rejected the profiles with very lame excuses. Surprisingly, I’m still receiving emails from them for senior positions. So please be cautious if you’re applying there. I personally didn’t find any structured or transparent proces

Hr screening , first interview with hiring manager. It was foreseen a third step with product director for case study interview . Finally the offer should be presented. The entire process was pretty straight forward and the communication with the HR was clear.
