I was scheduled to have an interview HR the day after I received a call but was given no information on the call about the position which I did not apply to or the salary expectation. I had to decline because of the terrible phone call I received from the Recruiter. She was unprofessional, short and rude on the phone. I called again to try to understand what the Generalist position was about and the salary range as per standard recruitment screening procedures before I came in (since she didn't mention anything when she called).If that is the introduction to the company culture it looks very bad for your organization. I've never experienced anything like that in my life.
