I submitted a CV and cover letter to their HR department and within a day or two I got an email back saying they would like to interview me, they offered the following day and the day after that. I took the later option. The first interview was via Google Hangouts with the Canadian office and lasted 15 minutes, I found the interviewer to be really friendly and she asked me mostly situational questions. I was then told in the interview that I would be getting a second interview in the Covent Garden store on Monday (the first interview was on a Thursday). The second interview was very much informal and after a quick "Tell me about yourself" I was told about how Deciem operates in terms of what is expected and how to move up within the company and pay and told that I had the job. I got a confirmation email the next day and I accepted.
