Very odd interview process. After interviewing with the Manager of the department, I had a final interview with the owner/CEO of the company. There were long, awkward silences and not any questions about actual work experience or qualifications for the job.

Job advert says "No cold calling" and the very first thing they asked me on the initial phone call to set up the interview was if I were comfortable with cold calling. Consisted of 4 interviews - Phone, Two zoom, and an in person.
