I was selected via college placement, which involved a hackathon followed by Technical (TR) and Human Resources (HR) rounds, with each step as an elimination round. The hackathon was a group project with a team of 10 members.

Round 1: it was hackathon where you will be allotted to team and you can choose either frontend or backend by discussing with team and to monitor and evaluate and guide one of the dbs staff will be present in the team

it was plain and simple but may vary to position and person to person. first they called me on phone and then they called me in person after they were impressed with my profile
It was a Hackathon based selection by the company and after that academic record of my engineering degree was considered for the shortlisting and for my batch it was 70% and above
