Spoke with the recruiter initially, then the hiring Manager. I thought the chemistry was right, I was currently working in the same Industry, same position I was applying for, felt I answered her questions...so overall...I felt the interview went well
When I discovered I did not secure the position, I was a bit surprised since as reiteration...I spent the last 15 years as a competitor of DB Schenker, in the same role I'd be assuming, and unless I totally missed my interpretation as to how the interview went, the only reason I can revert to is my age as much as it pains me to say...
