Entretien
I applied for the Job through a job portal. After two weeks, got a mail for telephonic interview. Interview lasted for 40 minutes and was very friendly. Focus on CV and preference specific questions. Still waiting for the response though.

Walk through your CV, knowledge about company, rate your skills: programming, web development, ms office on the scale of 5, state after 5 years, background etc.
Although I have been told that I have passed the Assessment Center, I was rejected and they did not tell the reason when I asked them. It was very last stage after all the time and effort. It was very unprofessional.
