Los reclutadores tardan un poco en contactarte para ver si sigues interesado en el puesto, luego empieza un proceso largo de filtros y entrevistas que dura alrededor de 3 a 4 semanas, hay una entrevista en inglés, te hacen otra prueba de inglés más adelante, luego verifican si estás calificado para el puesto y te hacen examen físico y te preguntan cosas cosas generales.

The interview process was simple and short. First they asked me to introduce myself and speak in English briefly to check my level. After that, the interviewer explained what the job consists of, the type of calls I would take, and the basic requirements for the position. It was mostly an introductory conversation and an explanation of the role.
