Anyone with a pulse could get in. At the interview they asked very generic questions. The interview does not take very long either. Maybe about a half an hour forty five minutes. After I got are hired I was required to watch videos and I had a day of orientation. I did not have to take a drug test or personality test. I didn't even need experience. I also got a tour of the warehouse as a group. That was back when I got hired. Now they hire all temporary workers. I am sure they have to get the temporary employees all of the training that I had when I got hired because it would be a safety issue.
