it was a group interview followed by individual interview in a convention room of a hotel. it was casual and easy going. the interviewers were casual and easy going which made the interview relaxed. everyone was friendly and talkative. when it came to explaining their expected responsibilities from each candidate, they were prompt and serious as they want to only provide the best for the costumers. the individual interview was with either one of the two interviewers. they had us hand them our resume and asked questions about yourself and experiences as well as what we had to offer the company.

Submitted an online application. After about a week, received a phone interview. Fairly conversational / welcoming, asked about previous experience, problem solving situations, how to deal with a difficult customer. Once that was successful, there was an in-person interview with the store manager.

In person single interview and trial. There was a few people applying and you will need to show you work a very high paced pressure environment. There is not a lot of sitting down and doing nothing you have to be very invokved
