First, they have online interview with the HR. Few days later, they make another interview with the supervisor of the department. Not convinced enough? They have 3rd online interview with another manager. After doing 3 interviews on different days, they have trial test with for 2 days full working time with real accounts. Then they will left you hanging until you do the follow up.
