Inefficient and ineffective. Went through 4 total video interviews with 3 different people. It was the same run-of-the-mill questions that every corporate company asks and never delves into what the role will actually be. Also took them 3 weeks to give me a generic decline email instead of having the courage to call me.

Bunch of questions about community, giving back, and honesty.
There was two way phone interview first. After that there was an in person interview with the director and others to go over more details. I got to ask questions as well as answer.
