First was an interview with 3 in the group. I was asked for examples on how I dealt with behaviors, my background with disabilites. Then there was an observation period where a manager observed how I interacted with the clients.

Friendly and supportive. Made me feel like part of the team even before they offered me the job. I was much more comfortable at this interview then some I have been to. I believe this helps on both sides if there is some comfort level there in making decisions on both sides.
