I had worked for this company in a prn status before briefly and had left to work in Knoxville at another position that I have my degree in. I left that job to return back to Greeneville and tried to inquire about picking up shifts to work at D and S. I was told I h been terminated because I had not been available to work the required 2 days a month to keep my prn status. I did not receive an documentation on this issue and was not aware I was required this to keep my status current. No one in management reached out to me whether phone, email or paper correspondence of this with information or a notification of this requirement or that I had been involuntarilary terminated. I also was not sent a separation notice which is require by law o be given to an employee within a certain time frame when terminated. There is no communication in upper management at the office in regards to employees. I also requested a separation notice at the time of my separation from this company at the time I left. I still had management at the office requesting for me to come in to work shifts after I had not ben there over 2 weeks. An example of no communication. I had to reaply to get a job there again.

Basically no interview, just a basic job description, some background questions, informing you that you won't get rich in this line of work, that it's a from the heart kind of job, drug test, and off to training you go, training takes about a week, then you're dropped into a house to help care for a client.
