Hr kept on bouncing the interview dates, no clear communication from rounds. Finally decided to give up. Got scheduled for 1 interview, it was codepen round with leetcode style problem

WORST interview experience ever!!! It was the later stages of the interview, so I was invited to the DE Shaw office for in-person rounds. Obviously anyone would expect the interviewers to be present in the office for this part. However, to my surprise I found that the interviewers were sitting at home. I was handed a laptop by their team in the office to do the interviews virtually. In one of those rounds the interviewer was lying on his bed in shorts, with no sense of professionalism. And I had already informed the HR that I would have to take a day off from my current job for these rounds, so I lost a whole day's pay too in addition to the overinflated cab rides due to bad weather. And the worst part, they rejected me even though I was able to answer most questions. The company refuses to provide any feedback.
