The interview is about 15 minutes long. They tell you about the position which has NOTHING to do with the ad that they posted. This explains why there was no job description in the ad, which I thought was a little suspicious. There's the initial "screening" interview, then they tell you to come back the next day to meet with a training rep which means that you're hired.
