So an invite for an initial call with their Talent advisor was quick, it was a 30 minute screening call to see if they think you are a good fit for the role. I was told I was and they would put me forward for the role to the hiring manager and I should hear back with next steps by the end of the week. I never heard anything, so I sent a follow up email and was told they hadn't heard from the hiring manager and would chase it and after chasing 3 times over 4 weeks, I then got an automated email to say they were going ahead with other candidates which I found not personable and disappointing.
