had an initial interview, and then the recruiter would not give me any next steps for over a month and just kept saying "I am meeing with the hiring team and will know more this week"- and then nothing again for another week, and then the same story 3 more times. Company does not care about candidate experience...pretty obvious...only indicative of what working there must be like. Best of luck keeping/finding good hires/ candidates
