The interview was easy. I didn’t feel any pressure. They were very professional and eager to hire. They explained everything about the schedule, dress code, attendance and salary. I’m super excited to start working for this company.

I applied for the position on a job fair. Then, I received a call from HR manager and he told me I needed to be prepared for the phone interview. There were 3 core themes to ask for: 1. Tell about you and your values 2. Interpretation of some common words and phrases from different fields (medicine, financial etc.) 3. Practice test to check your memory skills. They give you a short story via the phone and you should take notes and Interpret it very closely. After that your answer will be checked and you will get a lot of e-papers and documents to sign before the official onboarding. It took about 2 weeks before you start your training.
