Here was my process: 1. HR introduction 2. CRO interview 3. Evangelist interview 4. VP interview 5. VP of engineering interview (did not have as I took another offer) The process was smooth. Shai (in HR) was very nice and communicative. It may sound like a decent amount of interviews, but it’s clear Cynomi wanted to be sure A. I was a good fit for the role and B. they were a good fit for me. Each person I met was very sharp and genuinely believed in the mission.
