interview was smooth, but the process is very large. It takes 3 months to recruit a employee. Interviewer haven't asked me relevant questions related to the subject. Huge delay in offering the offer letter and onboarding process.

It went out very well and i was asked all the questions from my resume.
But Its been 30 days by now and I havent recieved my offer letter yet.
