It was on campus interview from my engineering college. it had four stages. 1. Written Test ( Mechanical engineering stuff and logical reasoning) 2. Group Discussion 3. Technical interview 4. Hr round Hr round was only for selected candidate. In Hr interview nature of the organization was being briefed. Job description was made aware. And yes it was also an English communication skill exercise

Full day process, two rounds were taken First of all, we were given a form to fill which was not taken care later. Then followed by the aptitude round on the computer screen. It consists of Technical questions too. Followed by the Technical Interview. Here they ask all basic questions to complex questions based on the academic background and the projects undergone. HR round has to be there, but were asked to wait in the hall for sometime, then were told that we will be called.
