I had an incredibly disappointing experience interviewing with Cyber Team. The process started off somewhat professional with an in-depth interview from HR, although it was marked by the HR representative vaping throughout the conversation, which was completely unprofessional and off-putting. The second (and final) stage of the interview was with the CEO, and it was an absolute disaster. The CEO was dismissive, rude, and uninterested. The interview lasted only about 10 minutes, during which I wasn’t allowed to ask any questions. The tone was cold, and the whole meeting felt like a waste of time. The CEO didn’t offer a handshake, didn’t walk me out, and made no effort to make me feel welcome or valued. The entire experience was shocking and left me with serious concerns about the company’s culture and leadership. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company unless you’re prepared for a toxic, unprofessional environment.
