Process is standard for the role however, hiring people lack transparency. No harm if thats how they do business but what I value most for next opportunity is candor and professional courtesy.
Recruiter - Polite, Director and Team lead, (to determine fit), QBR presentation, Head of product, VP of Team
Recruiter was the most professional part, there seems to be a cultural difference between the Israeli team hiring and the American candidates.

Question 1
Complete a QBR and present. Interviewer attempted to treat the presentation as a hostile customer. The bigger challenge was they admittedly did not review the QBR prior to the presentation, which left them unable to interact.

-1st round: Recruiter : nice and polite
-2nd round: Hiring manager: 30mins to determine if you might be a possible good fit.
-3rd round Mock EBR: Grading criteria was not given. They give you 2 days to submit the soft copy. You can choose any product/solution or even your current company as long as you can present well. I tried to present Cyberint's solution but it was not taken well, a lot of critique and misalignment. Overall, it is also a value mismatch in terms of what is important for an EBR.
-Recruiter mentioned many several rounds thereafter.
