It was a referral walkin and all were promised to complete the interview procedure that same day . Out of 500 candidates approx 100 cvs were selected and the whole process took 4 -5 hrs. The interview consists of three rounds technical -2 HR-1 and I was promised to be called for the HR round next day as it was 7 pm and there was no panel. Till today there is no update on this . I fail to understand why did they select so many cvs when they knew they cannot conduct on the same day. Morning 7:30 to evening 7 I want an explaination to this.

Interview process is average. Have asked basic question related to testing. 2 Technical rounds and then a HR round. Have 8 hours policy. Overall good for growth. 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home.
