Pretty simple process. I interviewed in 2016 and back then they hired anybody, not sure how easy the process is nowadays. I have to mention the company has suffered in DC they've lost so many contracts. A lot of it is because they did not value their employees, so employee morale was low. After Covid no one wanted to go back to work for this company. I found employment elsewhere.
