The process was really disgusting. First the HR person did not reached on time. Wasted my 30 minutes for that. Then there was an aptitude test which does not have any relevance with your profile. Then an inexperienced person will take your interview who does not even know most of the things. Even you answered all of his questions, the HR(another inexperienced person) will say feedback is yet to come and will update on Monday. And on mail after around 30 minutes got the negative feedback. Please don’t waste someone’s valuable time. And be transparent in the interview process. Just give the exact reason in feedback. People are not possessive to join CVENT. There are much greater companies then yours.
