I applied through a job site. I was contacted through a LinkedIn message to arrange a first stage interview with a recruiter. I had 4 follow up stages with different team members (including the hiring manager, customer success, CTO and engineering team). Turnaround for the process and feedback was very quick due to time constraints (within a few hours). The offer was made which aligned with my expectations. My expectations were set during the initial first stage interview when the salary was disclosed.
