I was connected during an on-campus career fair. After submitting my resume they get back to me in about 2 weeks, with an online test for me to complete. The questions are not difficult, but you need to solve them quickly. After the test it took another 2 weeks, and they emailed me to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer was nice. He introduced the company for about 20min, and asked questions for about 30min. Nothing unusual about the phone interview. However, I never heard back from them again, though the interviewer said he'll get back to me in a couple of weeks. I assume I was rejected.
