Interview Process Summary
The interview process was structured, thorough, and designed to assess both skills and cultural fit. It consisted of four main stages:
Initial Interview with HR (1 hour)
A friendly and informative conversation with a member of the HR team. It included introductions, an overview of past experiences, discussion of strengths and challenges, a breakdown of the salary budget for the role, and an explanation of the upcoming steps in the process.
Trial Day (8 hours)
A full-day session led by the HR Manager, where I was assigned six practical tasks directly related to the responsibilities of the position. The day concluded with a presentation of the results to a small panel, offering a great opportunity to showcase my approach and problem-solving skills.
Team Interviews (1 hour 40 minutes)
A series of 1:1 interviews with four key team members: the Head of Finance, Chief of Staff, COO, and the COO's Associate. These conversations were in-depth and focused on both technical knowledge and cultural alignment.
Final Call with CEO (30 minutes)
A concluding discussion with the CEO, focused on vision, motivation, and mutual expectations. It was a valuable opportunity to understand the company's leadership style and long-term goals.
Overall, the process was demanding but fair, offering clear insight into the company’s values, expectations, and team dynamics.
