Entretien
First round they had telephonic technical round after that they asked me to come to their office for further technical rounds, next day I went there and what I observed is not a very organized and good hiring process.
They do not have any humanity to ask a candidate even for a water. Once I reached there I waited for 5-10 mins then one lady walked to me and confirmed if I am there for interview, I said yes, she directly take me into one another room handing over the papersheet of que and asked to solve this in one hour and. In question sheet there were 20 mcq and 6 program were there which I need to complete with in 1 hour. I Completed all the questions before one hour and then lady came and collected the paper and asked to wait. I cleared that round after that 2 more technical round they took I cleared that also. After that HR came and said this is your last round for the day after this round you can leave for the day as it is already 4:30 pm and will provide whatever feedback we will get from managerial round, I said ok. I finished last round and after that they said we have putted your profile for hold now as if we have more candidates to screen and we will contact you and will let you know.
After that I left and did not hear anything from them, at least they should have courtesy to provide feedback whatever it was either positive or negative.
People who interviewed they were good but the management is not.

Interview process had total of 5 rounds
1. Written test including MCQ on java and sql with programming questions
2. First tech discussion - basics of java , graph traversing, logical questions (difficulty level is moderate)
3. Second technical discussion- overview of springs, java question as well
4. Managerial- about previous projects and my roles and some puzzles.
5. HR - Basic hr questions. Compensation discussion.
Round 5 may also be with CTO. Since CTO was not available , HR head was interview .

There was a tecnical written test as a first round. all the question related to very basic java like volatile keyword, transiant keyword, autoboxing,cloning. but programmes was bit difficult. even i cant understand 3 question out of five.
