I got the interview through an employment agency. Resume was submitted through an employment agency. The interview panelists were very professional and polite. They actually did all they could to create a conducive and friendly environment.

The interview was not one of those test book interviews of name three of your strengths and three weaknesses. They just managed to make conversation and get what they were looking for. It made me imagine what a wonderful environment they most have. Their culture was to support and get the best.
