it took a quite long time process that was about 4+ months. They invited me to do an online aptitude test, then a group assessment on Saturday. Candidates were grouped randomly and asked to do some group works to show our teamwork, and we did a group presentation.

Online assessment at first and then video interview. Online assessment includes apt test and behavioural questions. Video interview included general questions, for example why choosing cushman, what news impressed you, etc.

Submite an application form, shortlisted candidate will be invited to the group assessment which ask about the current market trend of the property market and how you would solve the issue
Followed by a panel interview, which includes in-depth questions about yourself and how you contribute to the organisation
