I applied online and was called by a recruiter within the next few days to conduct a brief phone interview. After about a week I was emailed regarding an in-person interview. They had me come in for an hour and meet with four different people over the duration of the hour. The questions were broad and they spit out the questions very quickly immediately after you finish your answer, not giving you much time to recollect in between each question. Interviewers seemed very uninterested before even starting the interview which threw off my mood and made me uncomfortable. Managers seemed young and inexperienced with the interview process. I sensed it was cliquey and they already knew who they wanted to hire before opening up to new interviewee's. Overall, not a good interview experience. I'm ok with not receiving an offer.
