I had a employee referral and was selected for a phone interview then Face to Face . Overall process took around a quick, it was easy and people are very welcoming.

Very professional, came in two at a time for a half hour, then switched with another two. Hour long. I had a reference, he connected me with people to job shadow before the interview, and was offered a job within 2 days. my situation was different as I know most have to go through a couple rounds of interviews. Unfortunately the way its set up in the St. Louis office is they interview for positions when they may not actually have a position available. They just keep you on file for when they are ready. This leaves most people calling to follow up without knowing. I know two who were offered a job 3 - 6 months after their interviews.
